Characteristics: Medium yellow-green, fine yellow fruit – pineapple and papaya; fresh meadow herbs, yellow apple and mineral nuances. Juicy with good complexity; fine yellow fruit and subtle sweet extract, a refreshing arc of acidity, delicate tones of honey in the finish; shows definite aging potential.
Food pairing: Great variety of foods that pair well to this wine ranging from chicken to rabbit over to fatty fish like salmon and trout and even matured hard cheese. Also excellent by its own.
